I placed this item up for bid on ebay. A few minutes before it sold, this asshole(dongdong), took my pictures and item description and put it up for auction. I notified ebay last night and this morning and the listing is still up
 .

If you hotlinked your pics to a webhost site and he's using that, replace the pic with gay porn. Unless he copied and hosted the pics himself.

i dont understand what dongdong is going to get out of hijacking your listing.. its not like he has YOUR item. unless by chance he does and just doesnt want to make his own listing
bid on his item and then not pay him.. they hate it when that happens |

I had the same thing happen to me several years ago.
Some asshole used my pictures and description of my motorcycle in his ad. I saw it and think, "What is the worst that could happen to me?" Well the one buyer that was interested in my bike saw the ad also and got cold feet because he did not know who to believe. After a few extra phone calls and faxs, the deal went thru, but what a pain in the ass. That was the last time I used ebay for selling or buying anything. |

Years ago someone actually hacked ebay and posted pictures of a cherry 67 Vette for a buy it now price of 10k under my name. Some dipshit actually baught it and sent me a message asking where to send the money.

You guys realize one of the most common phishing scams involves receiving an email from ebay claiming someone has sent you payment for your auction(which you didn't start). It is in the hopes that you foolishly login to ebay from their link even if just to view the auction. |
