What is this area like?  I'd specifically like to know bout the end of May, beinging of June timeframe of course.

1) What is the terrain and weather like?

2) What is the cost of goods (like gas, food lodging)?

3) What the actual lodging in the area is like?

4) Just how far is the Quincy ariport?

5) What is the main economy of the area (industrial, agriculture, etc)?

Just would like to get some more detailed info on the area.

This is MS river bottom land & wooded bluffs with rolling hills up over the top of the bluffs.  Very rural & agricultural.  Prices are generally low.  MO is just across the river & gas tends to be .11 lower per gal $1.05 last week.

Lodging on site is all camping now. Several motels nearby & many private hunting lodges since hunting is a cottage industry in the area.
The Nuge hunts here often.

Quincy airport is 1 hr & StL airport about the same.
