Oh yeah, that .45 Luger is GREAT!! I think I saw it on some episode about the rarest firearms in the world. What a beauty that Luger is.

Make no mistake about it, "Tales of the Gun," is possibly the greatest video catalog out there!  Can't wait to see the WWII week and the excuse it provides to purchase a Garand and a Thompson.

BTW, the second .45 luger is unaccounted for and was probably destroyed after testing.

I too think "tales of the gun" is the best home shopping I've ever seen. I just wish they would quit calling me to photograph my collection.

the 1 million doller luger sold less than actual
million dollars i think it was sold for $875.000
or better that's not the true amout but the neighborhood of a million smackaroos. i think
to they were manufacturing new 45 lugers for around 15k apieace and only made 100 of them.
if yoy watched the ak47 "Tales of the gun" they
showed a AK that was build like the chinese did
with the rivet pattern they use now . `. this type of pattern whas orginally done by the russian's i think has a prototype then the Chinese copied it then kept it has an RPK LMG
version. my first thoughts of the AK i was in the Army "11 bravo" was my first experiense with
the AK47 ive fired different type at full auto :). including a hungarin AMD folding stock
short barrel two pistol grips. I WANTED one ive bought two chinese and had them ever sence.
