Use an old tire rim. The hard part will be getting it started.

Just chop it into 4 or 5 foot lengths. It's not like it's all that hard to cut with a decent set of wire cutters. Then wrap the bundle in some twine and toss it in the truck or put it in a decent hefty bag.

Old tire rim, old barrel - anything big and round you can roll on the ground - or go hire a day laborer....

I chopped mine up the last time I used any.
With some quality choppers, its no big deal. I actually threw mine in the trash.

This.....wear gloves and roll it up vertically (like rolling a tire)

If you are turning it in for scrap it needs to be cut into lengths. IIRC it was 36". but call the scrap dealer first.

Might even cut it shorter if you've got the patience to make all those cuts. |

Gloves, wirecutters, a recent tetanus shot, and goggles.

I should add that the last time I did this, I used electrical tape instead of twine and it worked pretty dang well. Spin a couple times around every 10 or 15th piece and it never gets out of hand as there are only a limited amount of "loose" pieces.
