I just left a local store and when I was sitting in my car getting
ready to leave an off duty office pulls up.
He was probably late 20's-early 30's, athletic build with jeans and a t shirt on.
It looked horrible how bad his CCW was printing.  I mean it looked like a damn
shot gun under his shirt.  If I wasnt on the phone I night have approached him
and let him know there are better choices of holsters.

Have you guys seen this out?

Highway rest areas are the bath houses of the 90s for many gay men

I don't understand why this is an issue.

The people who care (in a bad way) won't typically make the connection that the bulge is a gun, especially if the gun is IWB. The non-gun-person's stereotype of carry rigs is a shoulder holster. They don't connect waistband bulge with gun (or even fanny pack with gun, even though the fanny pack thing is very obvious to gun enthusiasts).

"Excuse me? Oh no, that's not a gun you see under my shirt. It's my pager and cell phone in a belt holster, have a nice day."
