The article is incorrect. Chief Justice Moore's opinion was a special concurrence, and not the opinion of the Court.  The majority's decision had nothing to do with homosexuality

Well Im sure it tears up the commie ACLU...(anti-Christian litigation unit)
What was noteworthy in the article was the opinion that Judge Moore wrote.
