I can certainly see where he is inciting discontent against the government.  How long will it be before he is arrested and brought up on charges?
I have to admit I agree with most of what he says.

No more than others.  I'm not even sure sedition should be a law outside of the armed services at all.

He is simply providing the information.

What we do with it is up to us.

If he was on screaming for us to overthrow the .gov and take up an armed revolt today, then he would be.

What statements has Beck made that could be used to make a case against him?

Bush went almost 8 years receiving the same level, of not of a higher level, of criticisms that Obama is receiving.  What do you think the consequences would be if the Obama DOJ were to file charges against beck for sedition?

Also, what other people have been tried and convicted of sedition and what circumstances were there to get that conviction?

All I see is him urging us to VOTE against the dirtbags, not take violent action.  Which would be the preferred method of actually instituting a real, and valid change.

I doubt sedition would hold up to someone who has repeatedly said he does not want violence, just involvement politically and at the polls.

There is no need for Beck to incite anyone...The American people are in the mood to be pissed off at anything Gov just by waking to a clearing in the fog they have lived in from the media capturing these tyrannical dicks on video...

The Elite of the Washington,D.C. openly stating the US Constitution is shit paper and we The PEOPLE, are nothing but cattle  with forced vaccinations, state funded abortion, trillion dollar reparations and entitlement programs and the Billion other freking things they have done to fuck this great country up are enough to cause "sedition" without Beck..

I've been pissed and in discontent since the late 70's

In your opinion Dave, how close is he to doing that?  I know you were hinting it when he investigated the FEMA trailers.  Although he debunked them.
