Recently we put a new 60GB hard drive and doubled our RAM t0 256MB.  Anyway we are going to use the old hard drive for the OS and important software, while the new one is for games and media.  Anyway, I am reinstalling the games onto the new hard drive but whenever i try to install anything i get the error message: Isset_se - An error has occurred in your program to continue.....  anyway i can select close or ignore. Ignore does nothing and when i click close another box comes up saying:
Isset_se has caused an illegal operation... with this message in the box :ISSET_SE caused a general protection fault
in module SETUP.EXE at 0001:00003492.

Can anyone tell me what is happening here? It comes up for about half of everything I try to install.

I think that the memory you put in is either bad or not supported by your motherboard.

If you have had your old drive a long time, would it help to back up your files onto the new one and reinstall the OS?
