I see in SGN that DSArms has their 16" parkerized M4 upper for $265 with no B/BC/BH....


Good deal?  I was thinking it might make a fun start for a new build.

Why do we always start builds with lowers????  It occurs to me that you can enjoy a new upper with the lowers from your other rifles, but having a lower without the upper is just dumb... lol  Besides the upper is the expensive part of the project... A lower is cheap and easy to buy/build...
