It describes itself as some kind of stay-behind in case a foreign power invades the UK. Somehow I doubt super secret sleeper cells have websites. I also doubt those same websites would show off pictures of their kit (a Ferret? Are they shitting us?). I also also doubt that any secret plan to resist invasion would be labelled "project X"  .
