MIT did a study and found that tinfoil is a very good antenna for the frequencies the fed gov't uses...

This means running a braided flat strand of grounding strap down to your golf/football (metal cleats of course) and never allowing both feet to leave the ground at once.

There's also a stainless foil they use for heat treating knives. I think I like it better.
