m.weather.com in the BB browser. They have an app as well, but why install an app when the browser works just as well?

From the BlackBerry browser go to Wunderground.com.  It should default to the mobile view.  Enter your zip code and you can access radar for your local area.

i use accuweather's app.  it works very well, though I wish the radar had a bit more zoom to it.  The animated view is closer than a static feed.

Yup, Wunderground.com for good detailed readings/observations, and accuweather.com for good radar loops, etc.
