I don't mean to hijack this thread, but as long as tech people are here I have a similar question. Some mofo sent me Trojan. Now he keeps port scanning me. I know his IP among other info. What's a fitting way to return the favor to the delinquent.
and SIX I doubt her ISP will help you. what info are you trying to get from them? |

I have Neotrace as well. Sometimes you can get as far as displaying their name, address, phone number. More often you can get their ISP - in which case you can report them.
