I was trying to watch Ashcroft when FNC broke away early.

1. FBI must use INS records to check status for non-citizen applications, currently not done when non citizen is checked off.

2. Faster results??

That is all Fox covered of the live announcement. Better then the other channels they had no coverage. But Ashcroft stated he made 3 changes. Also I do not know if these go into effect immediatly or not.
