Sounds about right.
I find it interesting that the tenants are just now considering mold lawsuits.  That should work out nicely for them in a state like California.

What do these people expect? They rent and pay month to month without a lease. They should know that something like this could happen. The fact that he is doing it to everybody is irrelevant. After all, that is his right as the property owner.

Besides, the government does this all of the time in bigger cities to extremely poor families. It's called condemnation. The only difference between that situation and this one is that the families aren't poor and the government isn't doing the booting.

Yeah, it sucks for those families, but.....[b]Welcome to life where all things don't smell like roses![/b]

The only issue is that the Caliban will sue him for following the law.  Property owners will lose what little rights they have left.

The issue here is because the name is Kawamoto and not Johnson or Smith.
