Good call.  We had to take my dad's spare off on his K1500 to put receiver hitch on.  Take spare off and its 1/2 full of air.  He was not pleasantly surprised at this fact.

Even better, keep a $10 Harbor Freight 12v air compressor in the car.

+1, I've got a Slime 12v compressor in the truck.  Also, I just topped off the air in my spare in August.

That's one thing I don't need to worry about.



If one of my 35's goes flat, a 31" spare ain't gonna do me much good, inflated or not!
