My Oven element burnt out, So I cut it in half and fried it. Very tastey.

I'm gonna attempt to fry them whole...but I don't know how long to cook it.  I saw somewhere online anywhere from 10-20 minutes.  I guess I'll just pull them out at 10 and check the temp.

pigeon is actually called "banded rock dove" I think that's where the confusion comes from .
