Depending on how late it is where you are, I'd be having a one-way conversation with them... If they're otherwise good neighbors, I might cut them some slack for a first offense, but I'd still probably bring it up next time I saw them.

In my last apartment we had it worse. Some local cops used to throw at least three ridiculous parties a year two houses down, with all manner of legendary drunken douchebaggery and dumbassery.
Who precisely does one even fucking call then? 
For the most part though, I live and let live. Many were the time the cops might have been called on parties I was enjoying, I might as well let others enjoy themselves too. |
