Then ACORN released a statement this afternoon saying the actions of the employees were indefensible, now they come back out and say they're going to go after the whistleblowers now?

Yep. Acorn has been totally disrupted. Regardless of the external forces, they are screwing their own asses over BIG TIME with the erratic and idiotic way they have been responding.

Actually, if I remember my criminal procedure, evidence obtained from a "private citizen" is admissible as long as it wasn't obtained at the request or direction of law enforcement or the prosecutor.
