Story here.
RICHMOND, Va. — A judge has set a Nov. 10 execution date for John Allen Muhammad, mastermind of the 2002 sniper attacks in the Washington, D.C., area. The attorney general's office had requested a Nov. 9 execution. But Muhammad's attorney Jonathan Sheldon says Prince William County Circuit Judge Mary Grace O'Brien delayed it one day. That's because Nov. 9 is a Monday and they want government offices to be open the day before in case of last-minute court action. Muhammad was sentenced to death for the slaying of Dean Meyers, one of 10 people shot to death during a 2002 rampage that terrorized the Washington, D.C., area. Sheldon says Muhammad will appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court and ask the governor for clemency. Looks like he's saying..."but i aint did nuffin". Events in the sniper shooting cases. Yeah... here's your "executive clemency" - you know exactly when you're gonna die. |

Can the president pardon him??
That would be great if he did..... |
|
I'm a firm believer in an "eye for an eye" in these cases and not using a lethal injection. Personally, I think a surviving family member should be allowed to pull the trigger. Just so he knows, for that split second the hell he put the families through.

Yep, have fun mother fucker. He should have died a long time ago.

I bought my first Ar-15 right before this happened. I was called and questioned by an ATF agent about why I bought it, where I shoot it, etc... He asked if I was willing to surrender it for ballistics tests. I said I didnt think so, at least not voluntarily, telling him I was concerned about ever getting it back, and mishandling in their possession. He never called back. They also called my employer and got copies of my time cards for the dates in question.

Don't let the trap door hit you in the ass. There is a special place in hell for that coward.

isnt that the say COD2 comes out? No it's the day Modern Warfare 2 is released. This holiest of days is also the day my beloved Marine Corps was born in 1775. |

I'll have two things to celebrate that day.
ETA: As noted by DOUGHERTY03 above. |

Quoted: Theyre sure taking long enough to get it done. No fucking shit. Why wasn't this done years ago. |

Another ROPer bites the dust. {sarcasm} Oddly enough, I don't have any sympathy for him right now. Gee whiz, whoda thunk it? {/sarcasm} |

His little bitch killed a person in Montgomery, AL during a robbery. The feds etc let him off on the charge in exchange for testimony they didn't need.

This should become a cable pay-per-view event with proceeds going to the families of the victims

You talking about his younger accomplice Bama? Supposedly the younger guy was not an adult, but he came from a shantytown with no real records, and looked 18 enough to me, pshhh.

Oct. 4 — Caroline Seawell wounded outside a Spotsylvania County, Va., craft store. Oct. 11 — Kenneth Bridges, 53, shot to death at a Spotsylvania County, Va., gas station. I drive past that station every day. This guy deserves to die a slow death. I will never forget that time. Seeing people rush out of their cars to put the gas nozzle into the tank, then jumping back in their cars as fast as possible... seeing people literally run into stores or walk in zig zag patterns. I was shooting with friends one weekend and half jokingly told one of them to cover me while I was pumping gas. |

His shithead accomplice should be on the fucking gurney next to him getting the hot shot.

The Supreme Court was a bunch of pansy-assed faggots. A teenager old enough to HUNT people and shoot them in the head is old enough to take the fucking cocktail. |

We only caught them because they tried to get a ransom. If they had been "professional" terrorists, it might have gone on much longer. We're still vulnerable to this sort of attack

Having once sat in the Virginia electric chair (just visiting), I sure wish they still used it. That is one frightening Mo Fo right there.
The whole thing has that kind of yellow shellac finish you used to find on old school desks, but the ends of the arm rests were really worn down.... I really like the idea of Muhammad griping that son of a bitch and getting ready for flight. |

We're still vulnerable to this sort of attack You honestly have to wonder why they haven't tried it here. A sniper from Chechnya or Bosnia used to shooting in a city environment and firing one shot a day would wreak havoc. Multiply that by 10 cities in the U.S. . . . |
