Yes, he is.
Per his AG, Janet Reno, kids getting killed by guns include youths up to 23 years old. Monica was 21 years old when Bill started banging her. That makes Monica a child. That makes Bill a child molester. |

Enlistment age = 18 Legal drinking age is most (all?) states is 21, how the heck can the up the age of gangbangers shooting each other to make them youths? In all fairness, he is innocent until proven guilty. Nothing has ever been proven. This is the sort gossip that can ruin a man's reputation. I, for one, will not stand for this type of talk. The only thing President Clinton is guilty of is loving his country. Too bad he loves his country like he loves his wife!
