They're having a circle-jerk about how everyone taking a chunk out of the congresscritters' asses at the Town Hall meetings are all paid agents of "corporations".
It's both hilarious and frightening. Oh yeah, one of 'em was saying that those speaking out at the meetings should be arrested, and another was implying anyone arguing against glorious socialism in his presence would "get his teeth punched down his throat" 
Funny; in not one instance when I've been dragged into a political argument by some leftist hack and then schooled them backwards and forwards have I ever felt the least concerned that my physical safety was in jeopardy

I believe if I had an account over there, I would tell them that I was contacted by (insert typical corporation) to help disrupt a town hall meeting and how much they were willing to pay. I would also tell them the corporations are going through lists of names of people who have been arrested while protesting, looking for disillusioned people who know what to do.

CORPORATIONS EVIL. BOOSH. Are they the 27million anti-depressant users? I read through a thread regarding Health Care Town Halls, now have a headache horrible layout, and they are saying the Insurance Company Payed Plants are screaming and don't want debate. After this last election cycle I was sick of the dem sycophants coming to our meetings, speeches and events with the whole purpose to chant, "Bush Lied, People Died", "Change, Hope", and other BS. They repeatedly interrupted our meetings and never would the police intervene. This level of anger needs a catharsis, I'm really afraid what that outlet may be. Those people at DU really need to check a mirror, they are what they hate. |

Did you see the "reporting" MSNBC was doing yesterday on the town hall meeting disruptions? They were calling it
THUGLIFE O P with this cute little thing on the screen the whole time they were reporting. The sound was off in the hotel lobby or I may have wanted to smash the screen. ETA: The GOP was lined up on their report and for some damn reason I am it won't stay that way when I edit it here.  |
