for that small amount, just get a bag of lil smokies, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 lemon and 2 new potatos.

Drop veggies in the pot along with a pack of zatarain's crawfish, shrimp and crab boil seasoning (leave it in the plastic) and a half cup of salt (more or less to taste) when the water is boiling.

After 15 minutes or so, drop the 'dads in and let the water come back to a boil, then boil for about three minutes. Shut off heat and soak with the lid on for 20 minutes.

Drain, dig in.

Don't forget beer.

Sounds good, I think I’ll give it a shot, thank you.

Anyone else?

Along with the seasoning I like to add boiled sausage, new potatoes, and corn-on-the-cob chunks.

That’s the recipe? I just call ‘em  crawfish instead of crawdads or crayfish and start eating ‘em? Right on.
