Why don't you move it to the Official Avatar Clean Up Thread I'm sure one of the fine avatar guru's there can have it working for you in no time.

I can do it, but the end product will look like choppy, pixelated crap. Here it is in the right dimensions, though, should site staff ever bump up the avatar size limit!
