Looks kind of like an incomplete,  burned, dirty, or brown painted C-17 on a nearly round parking area.





What is this?

It's for emergency response training.  As in a crashed aircraft.

Just SW of it is a large propane tank for fueling the fire.

And SE of it is what looks like a fire fighting training tower for simulating multi-story structure fires.

Looks like there is a pond for collecting the water that runs off from it all too just to the West.

yep, firefighting training, they're pretty much on every air base
