Got thousands of demonstrator/protestors coming to NYC this year instead of Davos Switzerland.

I remember them setting fires & breaking windows, especially those of US companies.  Sounds like many will want to wear costumes to try to make their anit globalization message but that runs counter to very old NY law about wearing masks during demonstration.

One anarchist said "they're going to have to arrest thousands and thousands of people... It's not going to be good."

Do me a favor Wave, bust one for me if ya catch em lighting a fire, damaging public property or endangering people.  Sounds like they think NY jails aren't big enough for them.   They have the idea your budget can't support their deadbeat asses being in jail getting 3 squares & a cot.  Make em work it off in Harlem picking up litter next month.

Better yet, just house them on some of those trash barges out in the middle of the harbor.

I'd love to have a room at the Waldorf and drink champagne while I watch the peons get whomped.  Maybe that's why these elites hold these meetings in easily accessible cities, instead someplace logical like Singapore.  Entertainment value?

I remember when the Seattle riots were going on, I was talking to our internal wholesaler in downtown Seattle, who was watching the rioting going on right below him.  

i have often marveled at the mystery of why the dissafected dipshits of the world aspire to get their heads bashed in rioting, or blow their own hands off making pipe bombs- while we, the peace loving, contented (more or less) capatilst bougeoise of the world, sit here armed to the teeth... with skills to match.(well, most of us)

A board I visit, on the chicago tribune website, some lefty was talking on how the election was stolen, and how he and his friends will be on the streets soon, doing some "no justice, no peace" Bullshit.  

All I said was the following,  I was prepared to "vote from the rooftops" with my AR15, and make sure my neighborhood stays intact.  

Told him the LBE is loaded with 10-30 rd mags.

Many of them really do have concerns that are legit but it's the ones that use as an excuse to vandalize I've got a problem with.

Has anyone even seen the list of the protest groups that will be there?  Its ridiculous.  There are like 100 different groups that will be protesting there, most of which have absolutely noting to do with the WTO, WEF, or anything even close to it.   There are graffitti advocacy groups, animal right groups, the only thing that these groups have in common is that they need a place to be heard, other than that, this protest has nothing to do with the WEF/WTO.

Actually, I wouldn't really call them anarchists. They are socialists pure and simple.
