I have 4 pounds of bacon cut to about 1/4" per slice and I have been looking for an opportunity to fire up the smoker.
I just found one.

Try mixing the Chipotle Tabasco with honey. Drop in just a little tomato paste for texture. Its a really good honey chipotle bbq sauce. Mix it with bacon and im sure it will make ya wanna slap someone.

I cut it in quarters and tied it up.  I also tried to fan it out a little to give it a little more crispy sticky surface area.

While it was still good it wasn't the best.
