I have only checked with a couple of companies, but they would not give home improvement or home equity loans on townhouses.  If you know of any companies that will do this please let me know.  Thanks.

What are you trying to do?
-Home improvement? How much do you need?
-Cash out/ debt consolidation? How much?
-Buy other stuff w/ a HELOC?
-Combination of all the above?

How much do you owe? What does the property appraise for? Is it attached at only one wall?

If you get me the above info, I'm sure I can find some programs for you and let you decide which is right for you.
