Just got off the phone w/ customer service

I had some items on back order and asked, (last week) if they could be here sooner, so I could have them for some upcomming training.........

They will all be here on Mon.

What's the law regarding owning body armor?  is it federally regulated or state?

NRA instructor here who's also a private detective/lawyer was having trouble getting approval for a vest and I think he had a decent reason for having one since it was job related.
