Ran out of beer and just ran down to the Circle K and I didn't know in Ohio you cannot buy after 1 am..... fuck, fuck, fuck.  But I can sit on a bar stool till 230.  Just moved back here and now I understand why I left.

Please no whiners from the dry areas preaching that I should stock up.  I usually do.

Ouch! Yeah, 1am is the latest for gas stations and the like. Most local bars that I frequent aren't that outrageously priced for a 6'er to go. ($6 for a 6 pack. That's only if I'm in a pinch. LOL!)

2am.

The dumbest shit I ever saw though was in San Antonio.  Liquor sales stopped at 9 or 10pm.  If you wanted to drink the hard stuff after that time, you had to go to a bar.  Yeah, thats fucking smart.  Rather than have a couple safely at home, you want me to drive to the bar, knock down a couple, then drive home???

Colorado recently got rid of the Black Sunday law as well, in relation to the above post.

Nevertheless, as far as I know, you can buy liquor in Colorado as late as that store remains open.  Most of them close at midnight in my area ( Boulder. )
But I suppose you could always go to a gas station if you want piss beer like Bud light, etc., you know, the 3.2% trash.

It's up to midnight now and if I remember right, not on Sundays.  I think it's actually a state law.  I don't buy much alcohol though, a good bottle of tequila and a good bottle of rum can easily last me 6 months or so...

NC and VA have state ran liquor stores and they stop at 9 or 10 pm too, here in SA its all public and they can close shop whenever they want but beer can be bought after then, until when I have no clue.
