Create meaningful punishment for the people who abuse, neglect and mistreat their animals, then actually apply the punishment. This will go far to battle the problem of out of control ghetto ponies. The Pit Bull is a ghetto status symbol, the hood rats feel compelled to have them, although they feel no compulsion at all towards caring for them, training them, or doing anything other than showing their friends how mean and aggressive their pony is. Every rat in the hood thinks they have the toughest pitbull in the hood, every rat in the hood thinks they are the worlds greatest dog breeder.

Pitbulls are the only dogs I have ever seen advertised for sale as "boy" and "girl" puppies. These dogs are often bred in very poor conditions, by people who have no idea what they are doing. The total knowledge of these breeders is that you have to let the boy have sex with the girl, and in a while she will be pregnant, and you can sell the puppies for a lot of money, especially if you claim they came from a locally famous fighting dog. In my area it seems like every single litter is advertised as having the same dog as the "daddy".

I think that the real problem is that the breeders are just to busy with their primary job, being record producers (bet you didn't know that every single house in the ghetto has at least one highly successful recording executive in it). If the erstwhile CEOs, Presidents, and label owners weren't so busy dropping CD's maybe they would do a better job. Of course you would think that with all the money a recording company owner makes they would live in a house that wasn't provided under section 8, but what do I know?
