We got to ban those assault snakes, such as rattle snakes. Rattle snakes use their rattlers when they are about to commence their attack. No person has any need to own a warrior snake.

Any snake with one or more of the following features shall be prohibited:
- Rattler/A device which makes odd noises
- A snake which is shorter than 3 feet (to prevent people from carrying concealable poisinous snakes)
- A snake with a flat head

Its for the children.

Rattlesnakes would be class III, requiring a tax stamp (just like rattleguns...).

Snakes that imitate venomous snakes, like the hognose snake, would be regulated as "semivenomous assault snakes".

Rattle Snakes with 'rattle' suppressors should be banned for the sake of the children.

Vemomus snakes that are capable of delivering more then 1 load of venom per hour shall fall under the category of 'high capacity assault snakes' and be placed under the National Snake Act. A $200 fee for the transfer of said snake between parties. Snakes breed after 2012 are only available for transfer to gov. approved zoos and research labs.

All exotic pets should be banned.  They are killing the native species.
