I'm having trouble when the text goes further than alotted lines in the box, which promts the scoll function to appear on the right side of the text box.

Anytime I'm scolled down, as soon as I type or click anything the scroll automatically jumps up.  It doesn't move my cursor, but you can't see the line you're typing on.  Anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks.
