Break it down Arfcom, does this mean it will be easier to buy in different states or to transport firearms across states?

Looks like there are a good amount of Democrats in there as well....

Give me the bullet points.  Do we want this?

Whats' in Chap. 44, Title 18 that we're concerned about? Does this allow interstate purchases of firearms as long as NICS clears?

This is a long time coming. I don't understand why they bar handgun purchases from out of state.
