Dear fucking Lord, why the HELL are they allowed to pull this shit all half assed about it with NO CLUE about being mariners, and fucking harass law abiding ships at sea. Someone should shoot these fuckers. Also, the small craft went out to sea WITHOUT A COMPASS, and non functioning GPS Paging Darwin?
