Here is mine. Wholesome Norinco Goodness . Fun to shoot & suprisingly accurate for an AK variant. I had a non shooter girlfriend nailing a 1x4 foot steel plate rapid fire at 500 meters with it.

MY grandfather told me a story yesterday about how he attempted to bring back a MG42 with a tripod in pristine condition from Germany/WWII but got caught. He has all daughters and I'm the only grandson, guess where it would have went :( . He did get two Lugers though and one of them is mine :)

In the 1920s / 30s when the USMC was using M1918s in their 'banana wars' in Nicaragua, etc., the Corps wanted semi-automatic BARs because of the M198's accuracy. And I can achieve close to the 'slow fire' RPM in semiautomatic (but there is a loss of accuracy). |
