We have been tossing around some names and wanted to get a feel for what the hive thinks about our name choices so far. For the record I think this community is a great bunch of people for the most part and we thought it would be kinda fun!. We are due in early October and we already know it is a girl.
Some additional info.....we have purchased her an FN FAL, and a RRA AR15 complete lower (I wanted to start her collection early)! Anybody know where I can purchase some pink AR furniture? We're off to Babies R Us (and yes I'll be carrying my Glock 27...hope it doesn't blow up on me!) We will check in later for all the GD shenanigans. The middle name will be a family name, probably Eloise and our last name starts with a G (if that matters). Thank you in advance for participating! |

Make sure it sounds good on stage. Doesn't hurt to have a Plan B.
JK Kate FTW |

I picked Abigail, mostly because I have one of my own. It's an old name that we just liked. SS

I voted for Abigail only because Grapedrinkisha was not on the list. Congrats to you and the little lady.

Ok Addison, Harper, Parker and Reagan are surnames. Why not go with Smith, or Jones, or Williamson?
What is up with using last names for first names these days? I think it's retarded. I halfway joke with the idea of naming my first son Smith Jones ********** (I have a very common last name). |

Abigayle is my pick instead of Abigail. Noted! Thanks! |

I've always liked the names Elizabeth (there are many ways it can be abbreviated) and Lauren. Don't know why, but I just have always thought they were good names for girls (<––AND women...remember, they won't be kids forever; name them something that they can grow into).
ETA: Of those listed, I would probably go with Kate or Kelly...can't decide which. |

Optimus Prime this thread is now over remember if she fails at life she need a name that is just as comfortable whilst working the pole |

I don't see Shaquanda or Shaniqua on that list
Abigale or Kate is a good pick. Name her after a founder's wife |
|
I chose Kelly. I thought about what I'd like my non-existent wife to be called. The other names don't sound very sexy for the most part....but maybe you want that Name her Gretchen.

Voted Abigail since goes so well with your name but Addison gets 2nd.

I voted Abigail, but always liked Hannah for a girl. Congrats on the baby.
|

Parkerizer is pretty cool, Parker for short. I like Abbygail, though. You might consider naming her after a grandmother...how about Baarb, an anacronym for BAD ASS ASSAULT RIFLE BABE! Dag!

Congrats!
,... but I wasn't too excited with the options in your poll... for a girl, i'd probably go w/ something like Haley, Jessica, Cindy, ... but that's just my .02, which is really only worth as much... |

My name is Katherine, suggest that if you name your daughter after me she wont be disappointed. Versatile name. If I want to sound professional I go by Katherine but since adulthood I tend to go by Kat. Katie and Kate are also acceptable variations and all of them have gotten play at different times in my life.
Like I said, versatile. It's like 4 names in one. The ar15 of female names, really. |
