Read the warning in the classifieds in the St Petersburg paper I think it is.. It is in with the firearms or sporting goods for sale.

Technically, the 1911s only hold one round, the round in the chamber. The rest are in a magazine which is a separate device. Just don't mention the magazine in the ad.

If you were how many rounds it shot, it's clear the drone taking the classified ad had no clue so why not abuse it?

Down here in Sarasota, the Herald-Tribune runs a disclaimer that they will not knowingly advertise an "assault rifle". Saw an ad recently just under the disclaimer for a Bushmaster.223 cal. Guess that's what they mean by "knowingly". They must have a list of catch words for the copy people to watch out for, and Bushmaster must not send up a red flag. Now aren't you sleeping better knowing that the mighty New York Times publishing empire is keeping society safe from those evil "assault rifles" and the people that would sell them?

Well I suppose if it wasn't pre-ban, then it wouldn't be an assult rifle unless, of course, it was LEO or Mil only, since by Federal statute it's not an assault weapon unless it has a flash suppressor, bayonet lug, etc. so any post '94 civilian-legal rifle cannot be an assault rifle, right?
