Well, first you have to send one NIW USGI mag to each existing paying member, in alphabetical order, starting with the letter "G". Once that is complete, Goatboy will either upgrade you or give you further instructions, depending on whether hielo has sobered up enough to verify to GB whether he has received his mag. I'd say you should be online by spring at the latest!

You should be receiving an e-mail soon that will describe the initiation process which involves several hooded members weilding large wooden paddles. After that there is the matter of a small act between you and the farm animal of GB's choosing. The final stage will involve a heavy make out session between you and your choice of Hillary Clinton or Janet Reno. Once you manage to pass these intiation trials you will have attained full membership rights. Good luck.
