It looks cool, but I'm not convinced it helps anyone get their work done any faster than a keyboard and mouse.

My job involves helping people, who work in a 3D environments all day, maximize productivity/efficiency . I have looked at lots of gizmos marketed at improving human-computer interface and we always fall back to the keyboard and mouse. 3D motion controllers LIKE THESE (click here) work great for the non-mouse hand.

Its "cool looking" tech, but not more efficient than keyboard/mouse/motion controller.

Maybe in a very, very specialized application....
