Deer. . .It's Whats for Dinner

Here are some before and after pics of tonights dinner.  I'm currently enjoying a delicious deer roast, harvested by yours truly:  first rubbed with a dry "steak spice" rub, lightly marinated in a balsamic vinaigrette, and finally slow cooked over the grill and enjoyed with some Woeber's Horseradish Sauce.

Yes, I will eat all of it myself.

The only downsize of the deer roast is that it has a large T-Shaped bone.  So it is best eaten with your hands like wings so you can get in all the corners.
Miller Lite for the drink, that was left out

It's an NCStar Mark III Tactical.  Can't beat it for the price.  So far it is holding adjustment quite well.

You've got what I call a nice appetite!  Rest assured, more beer and some sort of dessert are sure to follow.

So true!  I'm on my 3rd paper towel.  I have to keep wiping fingers before I type.  Of course I'm licking before wiping. . .Finger-Licking-Good!

Is that a back up rear sight in front of your optic?

??

You killed it so it's worthy of my reply.

I am guessing you are going full on cave man since there are no utensils or you intend to dump a few mags into the meat to shred it into bite size pieces.

Never-the-less it's pure protein and you 'killed & grilled' so I'll roll w/ a SOLID 8 and not fret about the missing sides / utensils / napkin etc

FYI - I think I saw a colonoscopy special in the EE. Buy 1 get 1 free.

I'd certainly eat it, but I have to subtract a couple points for no potatoes of some kind. Ah fuck it, i'll still give you a 9.
