Hole, Lucille C.

Lucille Hole, 86, Neenah, died Sunday, February 1, 2009, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton. She was born February 21, 1922, in Rosholt, daughter of Thomas and Veronica (Simonis) Windorf. Lucille married Harry A. Hole and he preceded her in death. Mrs. Hole was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Neenah. She cleaned area homes for many years. Lucille loved cats and dogs. She also enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening along with feeding the birds and chipmunks. Lucille loved her family and enjoyed being with them.

Lucille is survived by her children: Mary Ann (Hal) Alswager, Neenah; Richard (Laure) Hole, Menasha; Duane (Ruth) Holden, Neenah; Daniel (Harriet Akstulewicz) Hole, Neenah; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was also preceded in death by two sons: Dennis Hole and Donald Diamond; two grandchildren, Sean and Brett Hole; two brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, February 5, 2009, at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 900 Geiger St., Neenah, with Rev. Richard Allen officiating. Interment will be in St. Margaret Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 9 a.m. Thursday until the time of the mass. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.

I also know a Navy Midshipman Shipman and a Army Cadet Battle.

I went to bootcamp with a Seaman Recruit Marine. He went on to Hospital Corpsman "A" School.

I'm sure that he really enjoyed life if he went to the Fleet Marine Force.
