I could not make it. I was wondering the same thing.
Did Dark Sun have a good supply and what type? How about the guy that sets up near the right hand (as you go in) front side (I think he is from Maryland) Most of the time he has a nice selection of uppers for sale. Thanks |

I made it to the show yesterday. What can I tell you about it.
1. Well it was packed(as it always is) 2. Lots of AR-some at good prices and some not 3. Dark Sun had a descent selection. I couldn't close enough to the table to see which brands this time. They are always mobbed by people 4. Tony's Custom Uppers was in the corner. He had a good selection there yesterday. 5. Lots of ammo for sale this week .308 seemed to be the big push(lots of Hirtenburger and SA) 6. Plenty of mags(some overpriced ones and some good deals. I got some %90 used mags at $10 each. 7. Overall a great show as always. If I left something out I will add it in later. I did find a great deal as far as I was concerned. I picked up a set of like-new M4 handguards for $12. They look nice on my rifle, now I just have to get used to the larger grip. Sorry you guys missed it. |

I saw several Bushies at the Dark Sun table. Wasn't looking too close but saw some prices in the $725-$800 range.
That was the most crowded show there I've been to. We were parked in the grass way out by the road. I guess it could have been because we got there later than we usually do... :-( There also seemed to me to be more Henrico cops there than usual. DrMark |
