80 mph in a 70. I told him the pickup behind me was blinding me and I was trying to put some distance between us and didn't realize I was going that fast. (which is ALL true).
Got off with a warning.  He was very polite as was I and I thanked him and repeated my story. I didn't name drop until AFTER the warning. I asked him if he knew my trooper friend and he said he needed to call him. I told him my friend was going to laugh because we had just left dinner with him and was talking about crazy assed drivers.(Changed title to be less offensive even though it was a complete joke if you read further) |
