That's a true statement as FA is legal in most states. Good luck getting BATF approval though. The book would come in handy if you ever invent a time machine.

I wouldnt be suprise that ebay cancels that auction.
I tried to sell a fixed stock on ebay I even included the disclaimer and they still cancelled my autcion. It only had a day left on the auction |

Back in 1981 a regular person could get an approved Form 1 from the ATF to make a MG.
Even now, a type 7 FFL and 02 SOT counts as BATF approval doesn't it? |
