Oh, well look at that! Not even a day has passed and that ruling has been appealed! Damn, Ruehlma should have waited till 5pm to issue his decision so the good people of Ohio could at least carry overnight! [:(!]

I tried to vote, got an error message both times.  Anybody else have this problem?  I even get the error message just to see the results.

Everyone already knew it would be forced to the appellate court immediately. It will go all the way to the Ohio State Supreme Court. Keep in mind though that a lower court has ruled TWICE now that the current law is unconstitutional. The Ohio State constitution provides for an explicit RKBA. The legislature will scramble to try and enact policy before the Supreme Court decision which could take another year.
