Because I know you wouldn't call it Chicken Chili. Because chili doesn't have beans and it's certainly not based around chicken.

You start with some of this.

After a few hours you have this.

Time to make some cornbread.

And time for dinner.

FWIW there is a bayonet on the carbine. You can kind of see it behind the Corona on the right side. The cornbread was just the Jiffy mix with a can of green chiles and the packet of seasoning added.
