I'll tell you what - If I lived in that god-forsaken crime hole I'd carry whether it was legal or not - just like the people who brought their cases to court. I doubt there will be an influx of people moving there. |

I fear that this good news will not last long enough for the ink to dry on the good judge's opinion before it is stayed by the appellete or Ohio supreme court.
I read the opinion. Some of it is a stretch, but some of it is right on legally. If it got a fair shake in the higher courts, it might have a chance, but this is too much of a political hot potato for that to happen. Here's hoping I'm wrong. |
