Unfortunatly I knew the Flight Engineer Gunny Bryson. I flew with him a couple of times. I was a Loadmaster on the Herc 95-99. I think it was shot down. There are too many eyes in the Flight Station and to many redundant systems for them all to fail. The only KC-130's the MArines have lost have been to combat action in Vietnam. The Marine Herc comunnity is a very small one. This has hit all Marine Herc guys pretty hard.
