Asian grocery stores.  Amazon.com even carries it.  I love the flavor and the heat but often find myself on the shitter about 2 hours after the meal...

Google it, dude.

Sriracha is a Thai chile sauce that's packaged in a large plastic squeeze bottle that sports a rooster predominantly.

It's about equivalent to Tabasco in terms of hotness but has a very different flavor that pairs great with Asian foods, especially noodles and vegetable dishes.

Pad Thai w/ cock sauce = win

If you can't find it in your local supermarket (try the international aisle) then I don't know what to tell you.  It's pretty common.

You won't see it in any stores over in Asia, but it's good stuff.  I just wish they had it in smaller bottles.  I don't go through it that quickly.

Funny I thought I was the only one who called it cock sauce.

As foreign and exotic as the bottle looks it is made in California.

Fro those intersted in the cock sauce company.

They are located in Rosemead, Ca. Thye are inthe fortunate circumstance in that they have a product that is in high demand.the Sirracha is very popular, but they also make Samba Olecksauce also.

To buy from them, you must pay in advance and wait till they have product to ship to you. No time table. You don't want it?no problem, they got a hundred guys with cash in hand that will buy it.

You should be able to buy it at a Asian Grocery store. If you can't find it I can sell you a 12/28oz for 30 buck plus shipping,

Awesome stuff the cock sauce.

A quick story from the weekend. I went with the family to a local Mongolian BBQ place. I asked the waitress girl for ... wait for it... Cock Sauce. She about died in her shoes. I quickly backtracked and told her what I wanted.... she kinda lol'ed and walked off. My wife almost died laughing. You guys are going to get me arrested....

Yea, there's an asian grocer down this way that has it, but the supply does seem pretty irregular.

SG, you have any problems finding it and don't want a case, I might be persuaded to ask the USPS to carry some cock sauce from me to you.

It's a must-have in every kitchen, but IMHO it doesn't go well on everything.

I like it on chicken (except wings), pork or salmon (each done plainly, so there's not a lot of competing flavors), as well as on rice.

I don't like it on eggs or beef or chicken wings.

For the first time, I'd try it with chicken breast (plain or breaded) and rice.
